We deliver nationwide within the Philippines via J&T Express. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Order before 2:30 PM for same-day dispatch.
The estimated delivery window shown on each product page is calculated automatically based on today's date, so it's always accurate at the time you order.
Shipping fees are calculated based on your order and shown in your cart before you check out — there are no hidden charges.
Most orders ship Cash on Delivery (COD) — you pay only when your package arrives. Bank transfer (Union Bank) is also accepted at checkout.
Once your order has been confirmed, you can check its status anytime using our Order Tracking page with your Order ID and email, or directly through J&T Express's own tracking system using the tracking number we provide.
Delivery to remote areas may take longer than the estimate above. Deliveries may also be delayed by holidays, weather, or courier disruptions beyond our control. If a delivery attempt fails or the parcel is returned to us (Return to Sender / RTS), we'll contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund.
